Living with a dry, itchy, flaky, filled with dandruff scalp or scalp psoriasis is not easy. Any time you scratch your head, you will see white stuff falling all over the place, as if snow falling on a Christmas day. This is not something you want, of course, probably the reason why you are reading this article in the first place. Let me give you the 2 step natural process I used to heal my scalp psoriasis in 2 months. I will also at the end give you a BONUS tip that has nothing to do with applying stuff into your scalp, but will help your scalp issue.

Step 1:

Every night before you go to sleep, you are going to take an essential oil such as coconut oil or almond oil and thoroughly rub it into your scalp. One thing that helps a lot here is going to have less hair. I actually went almost bald to heal my scalp psoriasis just so that the oils can really get into the roots of my scalp. I am a guy by the way, so this may be harder if you are a woman. In any case, with longer hair, just take more time to really rub the oil into your scalp.

You must leave this oil over night to really soak into your scalp. This may require you to change your pillow case more frequently, but, you gotta do what you gotta do. If you want to take it a notch further, I recommend to get a scalp specific oil blend, such as the Scalp Oil from Balmonds. A product like this one contains ingredients that work together to help you with your scalp psoriasis or dry itchy scalp. This one specifically contains rosemary oil, olive oil, nettle and tea tree oils. All of which work together to help relieve you from scalp psoriasis naturally. You can use the code PSOWARRIOR to save an extra 20% off your order as well from anything off Balmonds website.

Step 2:

The next morning, you will go into your shower, turn on the water to cold, or luke warm if you are in a cold country or with winter season right now, and you are going to first rub your scalp with Black African Soap. Again, rub it very thoroughly to make sure it gets into the roots of your scalp, take your time with the rubbing in this step as well as step 1. Leave the soap into your head for 5 minutes while showering the rest of your body. You can also use Black African soap if you have psoriasis or just dry skin in general. Works great as a body wash, hair wash, and face wash too and it is very inexpensive.

BONUS TIP: Use an air humidifier in your house or better in your bedroom especially when going to sleep. This helps keep the air moist and super helpful during winter season, not so much needed for the summer.

That's really about it! Hope you found the information in this blog helpful. You can find more information by visiting my YouTube channel, or by finding the rest of my content on Instagram and Tiktok.
